Benefits provided by a person directly or indirectly related to business operations of the person making the contribution and that result in a direct financial gain to that person by reducing the business risks of the person making the contribution. 6. Benefits provided by an employer related to or relating to that person's business operations for an employee, except if the benefit is offered to an employee who, in the ordinary course of the business, would not be entitled to the benefit. 7. Benefits provided to compensate for or prevent a disability that is permanent or of indefinite duration for a person whether the person is disabled. 8. Benefits provided by a person directly to a beneficiary, except where the benefit is offered as an incentive for work. 9. Benefits intended solely to improve an individual's business opportunities, or provide an opportunity for a person to gain financial benefits from an association or organization. 10.
